Our Boooking Process

  • Our billing is based on an hourly rate, which encompasses the cost of the driver and the limousine. We do not impose charges for sales tax, credit card processing fees, administrative fees, mileage, tire maintenance, or fuel.

    Any extra charges will be detailed in our Service Agreement. Please note that this service does not cover airport shuttles; however, you can request an airport shuttle separately HERE.

  • We invite you to explore our limousine options under the 'Our Fleet' section in the main menu.

    Please select the limousine number that corresponds to your group size and preferences. It is important to keep that limousine number (displayed below each image) for your reservation.

    Our limousines are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. While we have a large selection of vehicles, we cannot assure the availability of a specific limousine.

    Factors such as prior reservations, maintenance requirements, or the vehicle being out of the area before your event may affect its timely return. In such instances, we will offer a similar vehicle that is available, if needed.

  • Limousines that include a restroom can be made available for an additional fee, which covers the costs of waste disposal, cleaning services, and required supplies. The fee is outlined in our service agreement.

    NYS LAW - A vehicle designed to carry ten or more passengers and used for profit or hire is exempt (Limousines) and other passenger vehicles with permits can allow passengers to consume alcohol.

  • For specific event types such as sports or live performances, we offer a set rate that considers possible overtime, traffic delays, and tailgating.

    This allows you to fully enjoy your event while keeping costs manageable and ensuring a safe and responsible experience. Please inquire about these rates specifically. Please send us a request.

  • For mobile birthday parties, we require a minimum of 2 hours and can easily accommodate bookings from Monday to Thursday.

    From Friday to Sunday, there is a minimum requirement that varies by season. Additionally, one adult chaperone is needed for every 8 children. Please send us a request.

  • Limousine buses typically lack safety harnesses or seat belts, although some may be equipped with them. Please reach out to us for your specific event requirements HERE

  • We do not prohibit riders solely due to the presence of alcohol. You must adhere to all laws as mandated by NYS and our service agreement.

    Engaging in illegal activities will lead to the immediate cancellation of your event without a refund.

  • Exclusive transportation rates for corporations or organizations are offered. Please request this pricing here.

  • We respectfully ask you to finalize our service agreement. This form is mandatory and does not ensure your reservation.

    Once you have completed the service agreement, you will receive an email for identity verification (you may need to verify your identity or follow the provided instructions for the verification process, most of which are processed instantly).

    Upon successful verification, your request will be sent to our booking manager, and you will be scheduled, charged a deposit, and receive two confirmation emails from our system regarding the completion of this process along with your deposit receipt.

    Your booking process is now complete, and the date and limousine have been allocated for your event.
