SERVICE AGREEMENT

This reservation will become valid upon receipt of the deposit by Big D’s Limos. The remaining balance is required to be paid 30 days before the service date, unless alternative payment terms are specified in a written agreement. Furthermore, in addition to any legal rights or remedies available, if the "CLIENT" does not fulfill the payment for the Services by the due date, Big D's Limos reserves the right to consider this non-payment as a significant breach of this Service agreement, which may result in cancellation of the Service agreement and/or the charging of the "CLIENT's" credit card on file.
